WARRANTY

At Streamline Plumbing, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the equipment we supply.

Everything we do has a 3-year warranty. Which means if something fails due to parts we supplied or due to a mistake in the work we did, we will come out and fix it for free.

As humans, Streamline Plumbers will occasionally make mistakes. However we take full responsibility for our actions and are committed to making things right.

If you believe your plumbing failed under our warranty and wish to make a claim, you must agree to pay the trip charge for a Streamliner to come evaluate the issue. 

After we assess the failure and confirm that it falls under our warranty, we will fix the problem at our expense and waive the trip charge. 

This warranty does not apply if the failure was due to improper care.

If you would like to make a warranty claim, simply schedule a time you want us to come out and let us know it is a warranty claim in the description!
